1. Introduction
These Student Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Prism Multimedia (referred to herein as “the Institute,” “we,” “our”) and you (“Student,” “you”). By enrolling in any course or training program offered by the Institute, you agree to abide by these Terms, along with any additional policies and guidelines provided during your course of study.
2. Enrollment and Registration
Enrollment in any course requires completion of the Institute’s registration process. This may include submission of necessary documents, meeting prerequisite criteria, and payment of applicable fees.
A student’s enrollment is confirmed only after receipt of a confirmation email and payment, if applicable. The Institute reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration in cases of incomplete information or misrepresentation.
3. Fees, Payment, and Refunds
All course fees, training charges, and other related costs shall be communicated prior to enrollment. The fee structure is subject to periodic review and modification by the Institute.
Payments must be made in the prescribed manner and within the specified deadlines. Late or missed payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension of access to course materials.
- Refunds will be provided only in accordance with the Institute’s published refund policy.
- Requests for course cancellation or withdrawal must be submitted in writing within the time frame specified during registration.
- Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting administration fees and any costs incurred by the Institute.
4. Course Content and Delivery
The Institute is committed to providing industry-relevant and up-to-date course content. However, course modules, schedules, and instructors are subject to change.
Courses may be delivered through in-person sessions, online classes, or a blend of both. Students are expected to adhere to the specific mode and schedule of the course for which they are registered.
All educational materials provided by the Institute remain its intellectual property. Students are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for personal learning purposes only.
5. Student Responsibilities and Code of Conduct
Students must uphold high standards of academic integrity. Any form of plagiarism, cheating, or misrepresentation will lead to disciplinary action, which may include expulsion.
Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Disruptive behavior or harassment towards peers, staff, or faculty will not be tolerated.
Regular attendance is crucial for successful course completion. Students are responsible for catching up on any missed content due to absence.
Students must comply with all Institute policies regarding the use of facilities, equipment, and digital resources.

Students are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from the Institute’s proprietary materials without explicit written permission.
7. Assessments and Certification
Students will be assessed through assignments, projects, practical examinations, and other evaluation methods as deemed appropriate by the Institute.
Upon successful completion of the required course components, students will receive a certification. The Institute reserves the right to withhold certification in cases of academic dishonesty or failure to meet course requirements.
